Terms and Conditions

• Definitive Booking
  With the definitive registration, the guest accepts these General Booking Conditions.
  The legal obligation occurs with the written confirmation by e-mail from the Cocolala Beach House, which is sent within three working days at the latest. Please check this confirmation and report any errors or corrections immediately.
   

• Unused Services
  When booking an offer, the included services cannot be reduced and there will be no reimbursement if the offer is not used.
   

• Over Bookings
  If, for any reasons, there is no room available at the hotel upon your arrival, Cocolala Beach House will arrange an equivalent accommodation at another hotel.
   

• Cancelation Policy
  The date of receipt of the cancellation or rebooking is decisive for the calculation of the cancellation costs. The cancellation costs for the entire stay are up to 3 days before arrival for free. After 3 days before arrival 100 % of whole amount will be charged by credit card.
   

• Non Refundable Rate
  In case of a non-refundable rate, the entire invoice amount for overnight stays is due when the room is booked by credit card and, on the other hand, the entire invoice amount is no longer refunded in the event of a cancellation or rebooking.
